ADHD diagnosis & treatment · United Kingdom
For adults who have spent years wondering whether ADHD explains it, and want a proper answer — and a treatment plan — from a specialist rather than a checklist.
Diagnosis and treatment together — the clinician who assesses you also plans and manages your treatment, so nothing gets lost between services.
Every fee published up front — the full assessment is £895, with nothing added later. Treatment and follow-up costs are listed on the pricing page.
Care led by GMC-registered private GPs — every clinician's registration is listed on their profile and links to the public register.
The free check takes about two minutes and cannot diagnose ADHD. It only tells you whether a full assessment is worth considering.
Stop wondering. Start treatment. Expert diagnosis and expert treatment from one specialist team — every fee published before you book.

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition with persistent symptoms that begin in childhood and often continue into adulthood. Symptoms include hyperactivity, impulsive behaviour, a short attention span, and difficulty completing complex tasks.
In adults, this can lead to unstable relationships, difficulty performing at work or in education, and reduced confidence and self-esteem. It is characterised by biological differences in brain structure, particularly in the prefrontal cortex, and by differences in how the brain processes neurotransmitters — the chemical messengers between brain cells that help regulate dopamine.
The good news: ADHD is highly treatable. With expert diagnosis and the right treatment plan — whether medication, coaching, practical strategies or a combination — most adults see a real improvement in focus, daily functioning and quality of life. At Inclura Health, both the diagnosis and the treatment are managed by GMC-registered clinicians, so your care continues seamlessly after your assessment.
Attention and organisation difficulties are the main features.
Hyperactivity and impulsivity are the main features.
Features of both inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive presentations.
Most adults who contact us have been wondering for a long time. ADHD in adults is often missed — it can look like disorganisation, anxiety, low mood, or simply not living up to your own potential. You do not need to be certain before you ask.
Finding out is exactly what an assessment is for. Our screening check takes about two minutes and cannot diagnose ADHD — but it can tell you whether your experiences are worth exploring with a specialist.
Expert treatment as well as expert diagnosis — medication, reviews and ongoing care delivered by GMC-registered private GPs, so your support continues after your assessment.
Focused on ADHD, with assessments designed around the individual — not a one-size-fits-all process.
We take the time to understand your story, your experiences and how difficulties may be affecting your everyday life.

There are no single biological markers or blood tests that can signify or diagnose ADHD. The Ault ADHD assessment is a robust clinical process which combines a review of your medical history, interviews, behavioural questionnaires in order to determine how your symptoms affect your day to day life.
1. Current Struggles Our ADHD specialists will ask you open questions on your relationships, your work, your sleeping patterns amongst other relevant social patterns.
2. Comprehensive childhood history The symptoms associated with ADHD must be present before 12 years of age as ADHD is a neurodevelopment condition. Your practitioner wil methodically go through your childhood history. How you performed and what you struggled with.
The NICE standards state that a specialist referral should be made if a patient is presenting with symptoms of ADHD that were also present in childhood and are also causing functional difficulties.
• Finding it difficult to keep concentration or finish tasks or prioritise important tasks effectively
• Procrastination- Delaying tasks until close to deadlines or not completing them
• Feeling restless or the need to constantly be doing something
• Struggling at work, with relationships, in education or home life because of these sustained patterns.
• Acting impulsively- Making sudden major decisions without thinking through the consequences, interrupting others in conversations. Importantly, experiencing some of these difficulties does not necessarily mean that you have ADHD. A robust ADHD assessment will look at your developmental history, mental health, and physical health, and the impact it has on your overall functioning.
This short screener covers the symptom areas clinicians assess — attention, restlessness and impulsivity — to indicate whether a full assessment may be worthwhile. It is a screening tool, not a diagnosis.
Who is this screening for?
Enter your details to see your results on screen and receive a copy, along with a short guide on what to do next.
This screener is an educational tool and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD following a full clinical assessment. A positive screen does not mean you (or your child) have ADHD, and a negative screen does not rule it out. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a mental health professional.
