More Than A Diagnosis

Most private assessments hand you a report and a goodbye. Inclura is built around the whole
picture — the same clinician from first call to follow-up, every fee published up front, and a process
that follows NICE guidance instead of shortcuts.

Why Inclura

Care that doesn't stop at diagnosis.

Most private assessments hand you a report and a goodbye. Inclura is
built around the whole picture — the same clinician from first call to
follow-up, every fee published up front, and a process that follows NICE
guidance instead of shortcuts.

Built around you, not a rota

One clinician, from your first call to your last follow-up.

Most services route you to whoever’s next available. We assign one named clinician to your case — the same person who runs your assessment writes your report, explains it to you, and sees you again at review.

Side by side

How the three routes actually compare

An honest look at the NHS route, a typical private clinic, and Inclura — so you know what you’re weighing up.
What Matters NHS Route Inclura Typical Private Clinic
Typical wait Often years on the waiting list Weeks, from first call to report Days to a few weeks
Assessment format Multi-disciplinary, but delayed by demand Structured, NICE-aligned, single named clinician Varies — some are a single short call
Pricing Free at point of use Published in full before you book Often quoted after an initial paid call
Clinician continuity Rotates by availability Same clinician throughout Rarely guaranteed
Post-diagnosis support Referral to further NHS pathway Built-in follow-up review with your clinician Usually a separate paid service

A adult ADHD assessment can take between 90 mins up to two hours of direct talk time with a specialist. This does not include the pre questionnaires that need to be filled out prior to you appointment to get the most comprehensive understanding of your symptoms

There are no single biological markers or blood tests that can signify or diagnose ADHD. The Ault ADHD assessment is a robust clinical process which combines a review of your medical history, interviews, behavioural questionnaires in order to determine how your symptoms affect your day to day life.

1. Current Struggles Our ADHD specialists will ask you open questions on your relationships, your work, your sleeping patterns amongst other relevant social patterns.
2. Comprehensive childhood history The symptoms associated with ADHD must be present before 12 years of age as ADHD is a neurodevelopment condition. Your practitioner wil methodically go through your childhood history. How you performed and what you struggled with.

You can call our professional patient liaison team who will guide you through the process. They will be happy to answer any questions you have before booking on to your assessment.

The NICE standards state that a specialist referral should be made if a patient is presenting with symptoms of ADHD that were also present in childhood and are also causing functional difficulties.

• Finding it difficult to keep concentration or finish tasks or prioritise important tasks effectively
• Procrastination- Delaying tasks until close to deadlines or not completing them
• Feeling restless or the need to constantly be doing something
• Struggling at work, with relationships, in education or home life because of these sustained patterns.
• Acting impulsively- Making sudden major decisions without thinking through the consequences, interrupting others in conversations. Importantly, experiencing some of these difficulties does not necessarily mean that you have ADHD. A robust ADHD assessment will look at your developmental history, mental health, and physical health, and the impact it has on your overall functioning.

ADHD Screener ~2 minutes

Could it be ADHD?

This short screener covers the symptom areas clinicians assess — attention, restlessness and impulsivity — to indicate whether a full assessment may be worthwhile. It is a screening tool, not a diagnosis.

Who is this screening for?

Almost done — where should we send your results?

Enter your details to see your results on screen and receive a copy, along with a short guide on what to do next.

This screener is an educational tool and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD following a full clinical assessment. A positive screen does not mean you (or your child) have ADHD, and a negative screen does not rule it out. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a mental health professional.
