Regulated At Every Step, Not Just At The Top.

“Private” shouldn’t mean “unregulated.” Here is exactly how Inclura Health is governed, who oversees our clinicians, and what happens if something goes wrong — with registration numbers you can check on public registers yourself.

Clinical Governance

Oversight You Can Verify, Not Just Take On Trust.

Every claim on this page is checkable: our on the CQC website, every clinician’s [[GMC / HCPC]] number on the public register, and our assessment standards against published NICE guidance. We would rather you verified than believed.

Who regulates us

Four layers of oversight, all checkable.

GMC / HCPC

Our clinicians

Every assessing clinician holds current registration with the General Medical Council or the Health and Care Professions Council. Registration numbers are published on each clinician profile, linked to the public register.

Checkable by you

CQC

The service itself

Inclura Health is registered with the Care Quality Commission, which inspects and rates independent healthcare providers in England.

Provider-level oversight

NICE

Clinical standards

Our assessment process is designed against National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance for adult ADHD (NG87) and autism (CG142), applying DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria — the same standards as NHS services.

Evidence-based process

ICO & Indemnity

Your data and your protection

Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection, and professional indemnity arrangements, covering all clinical work.

INDEPENDENTLY REGISTERED

Internal oversight

What happens behind the appointment.

Clinical oversight structure

A named Clinical Director, independent of sales and marketing, has final authority over assessment protocols, report standards, and any clinical concern raised about a case. Clinical decisions are never overridden for commercial reasons.

Data protection

Clinical records are held in line with UK GDPR and NHS-aligned data security standards. Your information is never sold, and is shared with third parties — such as your GP — only with your explicit consent.

If you have a concern about your care, you can raise it directly with your clinician, our Clinical Director, or — if unresolved — the relevant regulator (GMC, HCPC or CQC). We'll always tell you how to do this if you ask.

Still deciding? A two minute check costs nothing.

ADHD Screener ~2 minutes

Could it be ADHD?

This short screener covers the symptom areas clinicians assess — attention, restlessness and impulsivity — to indicate whether a full assessment may be worthwhile. It is a screening tool, not a diagnosis.

Who is this screening for?

Almost done — where should we send your results?

Enter your details to see your results on screen and receive a copy, along with a short guide on what to do next.

This screener is an educational tool and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD following a full clinical assessment. A positive screen does not mean you (or your child) have ADHD, and a negative screen does not rule it out. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a mental health professional.
